Lorenzo Delpani is a global business leader, strategic advisor, and innovation expert with more than 25 years of international leadership in the consumer goods and beauty industries.


Born in Brescia, Italy, he considers himself a global citizen. He has lived and worked in 8 countries, leading teams and businesses in complex, multicultural environments. He speaks five languages.


Across his career, he has held senior roles at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Reckitt Benckiser. He later served as Global CEO of The Colomer Group (owned by CVC Capital) and as President and CEO of Revlon. His work has focused on turnarounds, brand repositioning, and the creation of high impact innovation pipelines across multiple consumer categories.


Lorenzo is recognized for combining creativity with disciplined execution. He has led the development and launch of multiple award winning innovations, earning more than 15 Product of the Year recognitions. In 2015, he was honored as Marketer of the Year in Beauty (mass market) by Women’s Wear Daily (WWD) Beauty Inc and was recognized by Adweek among influential leaders in marketing, media, and technology.


He is also named as an inventor on patents in personal care categories including hair care, nail care, and deodorant.


Today, Lorenzo is an investor and the founder of Ideanauta S.r.l., a venture studio and accelerator that creates and develops new brands and innovations in healthcare, beauty, wellness, and personal care.
